Clippers Farm is a performance-based marketplace operated in Malaysia that connects brands with short-form video creators ("clippers"). Brands publish campaign briefs with a fixed rate in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) per 1,000 verified views; clippers create and post content and are paid based on verified performance.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to receive payments into a Malaysian bank account to register as a clipper. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold only one clipper account.

Each campaign brief sets out the requirements a clip must meet (platforms, hashtags, content guidelines). Submissions are reviewed by Clippers Farm QA; clips that do not comply may be rejected with a stated reason. Brands set a total campaign budget which acts as a hard cap on payouts for that campaign.

Clippers retain ownership of the clips they create. By submitting a clip to a campaign, the clipper grants the campaign's brand a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to view, share and repost the clip for marketing purposes, and warrants that the clip does not infringe any third-party rights, including music licensing on the relevant platform.

Earnings accrue only on approved submissions, calculated from view counts obtained from the hosting platform's public data. Verified view counts are refreshed periodically. Earnings are capped by the remaining campaign budget; when a budget is exhausted the campaign completes and no further earnings accrue. Manipulated, purchased or bot-generated views result in rejection, forfeiture of related earnings and possible account termination.

Wallet balances are denominated in RM. Payouts may be requested once the available balance reaches RM50 and are made by bank transfer to the Malaysian bank account provided in your profile. Payout requests are reviewed manually and are typically processed within 7 business days. You are responsible for the accuracy of your bank details and for any taxes arising from your earnings.

You must not: inflate views artificially; submit content you do not own; submit the same video to multiple campaigns where prohibited by the brief; misrepresent your identity; or use the platform for unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Legitimately earned, verified balances remain payable on termination unless the earnings themselves arise from a breach (e.g. fake views).

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Clippers Farm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, platform (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube) policy changes, or third-party data inaccuracies affecting view counts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
