Write a brief clippers can execute

Campaigns are saved as drafts, so you can take your time. Edits are free while the campaign is a draft; after you submit it, chat with the team if something must change.

The brief is what clippers read before filming. The best ones cover three things: what your product is, what must appear in the clip (say it plainly: show the can in the first 3 seconds), and any do's and don'ts.

  1. 1

Fill the brief field (1) with concrete instructions. Your campaign gets ONE enforced hashtag (2): auto-generated from your title, or set your own. Every submitted clip must carry it in the caption; clips without it are rejected automatically. Short on words? The AI brief writer (3) drafts the whole thing from a one-line description.

Good to know: Add source links and notes at the bottom of the form: raw footage, brand assets, past videos that worked. Clippers who get material make better clips, faster.

Set your rate and budget

The rate is what you pay clippers per 1,000 verified views, in RM. The budget is a hard cap: the campaign can never spend past it, and it completes automatically when the budget is used up.

  1. 1

Set the rate (1). The form recommends RM8 to RM12 per 1k views: campaigns in that range attract clippers fastest. Set the total budget (2). Optional protection (3): a minimum view count a clip must reach before it starts earning. Your total budget is the hard ceiling either way: the campaign can never spend past it.

Good to know: Quick capacity math: budget divided by rate, times 1,000. RM5,000 at RM12 per 1k buys up to about 416,000 verified views.

Three ways to pay, same locked number

Press Submit for approval and your campaign enters the payment gate. The total payable is your budget plus the 10% service fee, locked at that moment so it can never change on you. Pick whichever way suits you:

  1. 1

The panel shows the exact split (1): budget + service fee = total payable. Pay now (2) opens Stripe checkout with card, FPX online banking or GrabPay, all in MYR; your receipt is recorded and the campaign moves to review automatically. Got funding wallet balance? It is applied first automatically: the panel shows the wallet portion and your card is only charged the remainder, and enough balance means one click with no card at all. Top up via the wallet link (3) if you like. Prefer a bank transfer or invoice? Chat with us (4) and the team arranges manual payment; once confirmed, your campaign moves along the same path.

Good to know: All three options charge exactly the same locked amount. Online payment availability can vary by platform settings, but the chat option is always there.

What happens after you pay

  • A human admin reviews your campaign. Approved: it goes active, instantly visible to every clipper on the platform (they see your title, rate, remaining budget, platforms and hashtag).
  • Rejected: it returns to draft with a written reason so you can fix and resubmit. If you already paid by Stripe or wallet, the budget refunds to your funding wallet automatically, exactly once. The service fee is not refundable: it covers the review work already done, and a fresh submission locks and charges its own fee.
  • Once active, clippers join and submit clips. Every clip passes human QA against your brief before it can earn a single sen.
  • After publish you can still steer the campaign: source footage links change INSTANTLY from the campaign page (Source footage section); the campaign NAME and BRIEF can change too but need admin approval first (use Request edit - the live campaign stays as-is until we approve). Rate, budget and fees stay locked: for new economics, ask us to withdraw the unused budget to your wallet and fund a fresh campaign with it.
  • You can pause anytime: a paused campaign stops accepting new clips and stops accruing view earnings. Resume when ready.
  • Budget converts to clipper earnings only on verified views of approved clips. When the budget is fully spent, the campaign completes on its own.

Read your tracker, then your recap

Your campaign page carries a live tracker, built like a parcel tracker for the whole campaign.

  1. 1

The stepper (1) shows the stage: Funded, Live, Clips Coming In, Tracking Views, Completed. The metrics strip (2) is live: participating clippers, clips by status, verified views, budget spent, budget left, and how many views your remaining budget can still buy. Below it, a delivery funnel and an activity feed of every join, clip and views milestone.

  2. 2

The Recap is your shareable report: verified views, approved clips, amount paid to clippers, and your effective CPM (3)... the real spend per 1,000 verified views. Top clips (2) and a per-platform breakdown show where the views came from. Print or save it as PDF straight from the page.

Good to know: Wrapping up: review each approved clip (verify it, or exclude it with a written reason; clippers can dispute exclusions), then request finalize. An admin confirms, amounts lock, and a 7-day dispute window closes the books.
