Checks that happen the moment you submit

These are instant blocks. The submit simply will not go through until they pass, so nothing is wasted.

  • Your social account must be verified for that platform first. Do it once on the Social Accounts page: put the short code we give you in your bio or your latest video caption, then hit Check. TikTok links are also matched against your verified handle on the spot: you can only submit videos from your own verified account.
  • Changed your username? Use the Update button on your verified handle in Social Accounts. The old handle stays fully verified until the new one passes its check, then they swap automatically, so you never lose the ability to submit. Editing a handle within 48 hours carries the same CF code over to the new request.
  • The link must be a real TikTok, Instagram or YouTube video URL, on a platform the campaign actually allows. Share short-links are fine, we resolve them to the full URL automatically.
  • One URL, one time. A video URL that was ever submitted before, by anyone, is blocked. Every clip in the system is unique.
  • Join before you submit. Press Join Campaign first, then submit your link.
  • Declare your ad disclosure. You tell us how the clip discloses the paid partnership: ad hashtag, the platform's paid label, both, or not yet.

Human QA review

Every clip is reviewed by a human admin against the campaign brief before it can earn: right content, required hashtags, brief compliance. Rejections always come with a written reason, visible in your timeline and inline in My Submissions.

  1. 1

Open the clip's timeline to see exactly what happened. The rejection card (1) shows the written reason and, if the campaign still accepts clips, a direct link to submit a new one.

Auto-checks that run after approval

When our system fetches your views, it also reads the video's author and caption. Two rules are enforced automatically, every check, for as long as the clip earns.

  • Ownership: the video's author must match your verified handle. A clip posted from someone else's account is auto-rejected and any earnings are reversed.
  • Campaign hashtag: every campaign has one required hashtag, shown on the campaign page. If your caption drops it, the clip is auto-rejected with the reason. Do not edit the hashtag out after approval.
  • Availability: if your video is deleted or set to private, the checker notices. After consecutive failed checks the clip is marked unavailable and its earnings are reversed. If the video was actually live all along (a false alarm), it is restored automatically on the next successful check, earnings included.

Good to know: The pattern behind every rule: keep the video public, on your own account, with the campaign hashtag, until the campaign finalizes. Do that and the auto-checks never touch you.

Brand review

Before a campaign finalizes, the brand reviews approved clips. The brand can verify your clip (locking it in for payout) or exclude it with a written reason. If you believe an exclusion is wrong, you can dispute it from My Disputes and an admin will make the final call. While a dispute is open, the disputed amount is frozen, not taken.

The comeback playbook

  1. 1

Read the reason. Every rejection carries one, written by the admin or generated by the exact rule that fired. It tells you precisely what to fix.

  2. 2

Fix it in a new video. Post a fresh clip that solves the issue: add the missing hashtag, follow the brief section you missed, use your verified account.

  3. 3

Submit the new link. The old URL stays blocked forever, so it must be a new video. This works as long as the campaign is still active with budget remaining. The timeline's rejection card links you straight back to the campaign.
