The short version

Every campaign pays a rate in RM per 1,000 verified views. Your clip gets approved, our system checks its views automatically, and each verified view converts your campaign's budget into your earnings. A platform fee is taken from each credit, and the net amount goes straight into your Wallet.

  1. 1

You can see the money setup before you even join. On every campaign card: the rate per 1k views (1), the budget still remaining (2), and your net rate after the locked platform fee (3).

Good to know: Budget remaining is live. A campaign with plenty left keeps paying longer, so prioritise those.

The 5-step journey of every clip

Open My Submissions and tap any progress pill to see the full timeline. Every clip moves through the same 5 steps, exactly like a parcel tracker.

  1. 1

Submitted. Your link is in. We resolve and lock the exact URL, so the clip you submitted is the clip that earns.

  2. 2

In Review. A human admin checks your clip against the campaign brief. Approvals and rejections always come with the decision visible in your timeline.

  3. 3

Approved + Tracking Views. This is where the money starts. Views are fetched from the platform automatically, typically every 6 hours, and your live counter shows verified views, RM earned so far, and the last check time (1).

  4. 4

Earnings Locked. When the campaign wraps up and finalizes, your amount is confirmed. After that, only a dispute filed within the 7-day window can change it.

  5. 5

Paid. The final net amount is credited in your Wallet, ready for a payout request.

Good to know: Find all your pills in one place: My Submissions shows a mini progress bar per clip (1), live views and earnings per row (2), and any rejection reason inline (3).

How views are checked

  • Views come straight from the platform's public data through an automated checker. Nothing is self-reported, not by you and not by the brand.
  • Tracking starts only after QA approves your clip. Views you racked up before approval still count, because the checker reads the platform's total.
  • Checks run on a schedule, typically every 6 hours, for clips in active campaigns. "Last checked" in your timeline tells you when the counter was last updated.
  • Your verified count never goes down. If the platform reports fewer views than before, we keep the highest verified number and flag it for a human to review.
  • Some campaigns set a minimum view threshold. Below it your clip earns nothing yet. Once you cross it, your full view count earns from zero, not just the views above the line.
  • Per-clip view caps are retired for new campaigns: your full verified view count earns until the campaign budget runs out. A few older campaigns locked a cap before the change; those still honor it and show it on the campaign page.

The exact math

Gross earnings = your verified views multiplied by the campaign rate, divided by 1,000. The platform fee percent is locked on each campaign the day it is submitted, so it can never change on you mid-campaign. Net = gross minus that locked fee.

Live example from the screenshot above: 5,000 verified views at RM12 per 1k makes RM60.00 gross. That older campaign locked a 15% fee, so RM9.00 fee and RM51.00 net. Campaigns submitted today lock the current 10% fee, and the campaign card always shows your net rate upfront, so there is never a surprise.

One more honest detail: the campaign budget is a hard cap. Earnings stop when the budget is fully spent, and the campaign completes automatically. That is why the budget remaining number on the card matters.

When the numbers pause

Sometimes a clip shows On Hold. It means money movement is paused while a human checks something: an open dispute, an admin hold, or a flagged view pattern (a sudden spike or drop). Nothing is taken from you automatically. An admin reviews, decides, and the timeline updates.

  1. 1

The timeline tells you exactly what is happening. An On Hold card (1) appears pinned to the step where the pause happened, and earnings resume automatically once the check clears.
