Your wallet numbers, decoded

Earnings do not wait for payday. As your views verify, the net amount is credited to your Wallet clip by clip, and every credit shows up in your transaction history with the gross, fee and net breakdown.

  1. 1

Available balance (1) is what you can request right now. Pending payouts (2) is money you already requested that admin has not transferred yet. If any amount is frozen by an open dispute, an amber banner (3) shows exactly how much and why.

Good to know: The formula is simple: available = lifetime earned, minus payouts already requested or paid, minus any disputed amount on hold.

Before your first payout

Two things must be in place, both one-time setups.

  1. 1

Fill in your bank details on the Wallet page: bank name, account number, and the account holder name exactly as your bank has it (1). Press Save details (2). Payouts are manual bank transfers in MYR, so this is where your money goes.

  2. 2

Verify your email. If your email is not verified yet, the payout request is blocked until you click the link in your verification email. You can resend it from the banner on your dashboard.

From request to cash in bank

  1. 1

Enter the amount (1) and press Request (2). Minimum is RM50, maximum is your available balance. Your request appears in Payout history (3) with a PENDING status, and the amount moves out of available immediately so it can never be double-requested.

  2. 2

Admin reviews your request. This is a human step: our team checks the request and prepares the transfer.

  3. 3

Admin transfers the money to your bank account and marks the payout as paid, usually with a transfer reference you can see in your history. Bank transfers are manual, so allow a few working days.

Good to know: If a request is rejected, the reason is shown in your payout history and the full amount returns to your available balance instantly. Nothing is lost, just fix the issue and request again.

Why is my available balance RM0?

  • You already requested it: pending payouts are subtracted from available until they are paid or rejected.
  • A dispute is open: the disputed amount is frozen until an admin resolves it. The amber banner on your Wallet shows the exact figure.
  • A reversed clip created an adjustment: if a clip's earnings were reversed after a payout was already made, the difference is offset against your future earnings first. The Wallet shows this as a clear red banner with the amount.
